Products
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected natural ingredients.
As our formulations contain naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture or scent may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed.
Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:

products are unavailable;

If payment has already been taken, any cancelled order will be refunded in full.

We currently ship to selected international destinations, including Ireland and Poland.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may legally be imported into their country.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
