Your Right to Cancel
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
However, for hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to cosmetic products that have been opened, used or where any protective seal has been broken after delivery.

Unopened Products
Unused, unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
your order number;
a brief description of the issue; and
clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.

Refunds
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping
Unless a product is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Marsi Naturals cannot accept responsibility for returns lost during transit.
